Landscape photography dovetails my passion for Photography and my love of New Zealand. On my first visit to New Zealand a few decades ago, I was given my first SLR by my husband and so the love affair began.

Wellington has been home now for my family and I for many years-it's a beautiful city, and I feel lucky to be here. Adventures with my camera and the incredible New Zealand landscape and light nourishes my soul.

Climbing mountains and volcanoes, swimming in the rivers and sea and being immersed in nature is a precious gift and I'm very mindful of the effects of climate change coming our way. Re-visiting the receeding Franz Josef glacier after 20 years was a sobering experience. Photography creates a record of the beauty we have here right now, on our doorstep.
